Chris Warren is the Managing Partner of Warren Law Group and has litigated multi-jurisdictional securities fraud investigations, SEC Investigations, AG investigations, shareholder, partnership dissolution matters and breach of fiduciary duty matters.  Prior to being an attorney, Chris was a registered representative with the NASD.  Chris’s career has been focused on providing legal services to businesses and financial services companies, and he prides himself on making introductions between his clients to facilitate their continued growth and success. 

Jon-Jorge Aras is the Chair of the Warren Law Group’s Securities Litigation practice area and is focused on the latest developments in securities law. Mr. Aras is passionate about the world-changing potential of cryptocurrency, and he applies his extensive litigation experience to navigate the regulatory oversight this emerging industry faces.
